2FRE6 valve is a two-way structure of electric feedback electromagnetic proportional speed control valve, using a given electrical signal to control the flow of the system to maintain a constant, independent of pressure and temperature changes. The valve is mainly composed of a valve body (1), a proportional electromagnet (2) with a sensor, a throttle valve (3), a pressure valve (4) and a check valve (5). Type 2FRE6B: The electrical signal of the required flow rate is fed to the electromagnet by an amplifier (VT-5010S30 model supplied with the valve). The electromagnet directly controls the throttle valve, and the throttle opening of the throttle valve can be gradually opened or closed according to the two ramp times of the amplifier. The actual position of the throttle is fed back by the sensor to the control system, which promptly corrects any deviation from the given input value. The pressure valve keeps the pressure drop of the throttle constant. Check valve can make the liquid flow reverse (B→A) free flow. When the input signal is zero or there is a fault and the sensor is disconnected, the throttle port is closed. |
Type 2FRE6A
The function and principle of this valve are basically the same as that of type 2FRE6B. The difference is that the valve blocks the channel (7) of the A chamber and the pressure valve (4), controls the pressure valve from the external control port (6), so that it is always kept in the closed position, and when the reversing valve is switched from P to B, the pressure valve (4) is moved from the closed position to the adjusting position, thus avoiding the starting jump.
2FRE6 proportional speed regulating valve adopts plate connection, easy installation and debugging; The sensor coil is adjustable in axial direction to simplify the zero position adjustment of the orifice; Good flow characteristics and dynamic characteristics, small pressure loss, suitable for high requirements, small flow system. Widely used in machine tools, light industry, metallurgy, mining, engineering and other fields.
